4. Calls, Text Messages, and Your Consent
When you submit your phone number through our website, call us, or text us, you are giving us permission to contact you at that number about your request — including by phone call and by text message.
- We use the number you give us to respond to your service request, confirm appointments, coordinate crews, and follow up on work in progress.
- Consent to receive marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
- To stop receiving text messages from us, reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. You may also call either office and ask to be removed.
- To stop receiving marketing phone calls, tell the caller or call us at 918-295-8400. We will honor the request and maintain an internal do-not-call list.
- We honor the National Do Not Call Registry and Oklahoma's Do Not Call list for marketing calls. We may still contact you about active jobs, emergencies, warranty matters, and billing.
- We do not share or sell your phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
These practices are intended to comply with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), the Oklahoma Telephone Solicitation Act of 2022 (15 O.S. § 775C.1 et seq.), and the Oklahoma Telemarketer Restriction Act.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
This site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the site to work; others help us measure traffic and advertising performance.
Third-party services currently used on this site include:
- Google Ads / Google tag (gtag.js) — measures which ads and search terms lead to contacts and phone calls, and supports remarketing. See Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites that use its services.
- Google Fonts — delivers the typefaces used on this site; your browser requests them from Google's servers.
- Elfsight — powers the customer review widget displayed on some pages. See Elfsight's Privacy Policy.
- Better Business Bureau — displays our accreditation seal in the site footer.
- Facebook — we link to our Facebook page; visiting it is governed by Meta's privacy policy.
Your choices: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, and manage personalized advertising at Google My Ad Center and optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of this site work.
Global Privacy Control and "Do Not Track": Browsers may send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) or Do Not Track signal. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for cross-context targeted advertising in the way those laws define, there is no sale for us to stop — but if you send a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and will honor it.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months. We do not rent or trade your contact information to data brokers or lead sellers.
We share information only as needed to run our business:
- Insurance carriers and adjusters — when you ask us to handle or assist with a claim on your property.
- Subcontractors and trade partners — plumbers, electricians, roofers, and specialty vendors who perform part of the work on your property.
- Service providers — our web host, email provider, phone and text platform, estimating and job-management software, payment processor, and analytics and advertising vendors. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Property owners, managers, or landlords — when they are the party contracting for the work.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order; to comply with licensing or regulatory obligations; to enforce our contracts; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
- Business transfer — if our business is sold or merged, customer records may transfer as part of that transaction.
7. Data Security and Breach Notification
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including access controls, encrypted connections to this website, and limiting access to staff who need it. No website or business can guarantee perfect security, and we cannot promise that information sent to us over the internet is completely secure.
If personal information about an Oklahoma resident in our systems is breached, we will provide notice in accordance with the Oklahoma Security Breach Notification Act (24 O.S. §§ 161–166) — without unreasonable delay, and, where the breach affects 500 or more Oklahoma residents, with notice to the Oklahoma Attorney General.
8. Your Privacy Rights as an Oklahoma Resident
Oklahoma enacted a comprehensive consumer privacy law — Senate Bill 546, signed March 20, 2026 and taking effect January 1, 2027. By its terms, that law applies to businesses that process the personal data of at least 100,000 Oklahoma consumers in a year, or 25,000 consumers where more than half of gross revenue comes from selling personal data. As a local restoration contractor, Assurance Restoration does not meet those thresholds and is not a covered "controller" under the statute.
We nonetheless extend the following rights to Oklahoma residents as a matter of policy. You may ask us to:
- Confirm and access — tell you whether we hold personal information about you and give you a copy of it.
- Correct — fix inaccuracies in the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete — delete personal information you provided to us, subject to the records we are required to keep (see Section 9).
- Obtain a portable copy — receive your information in a portable, readily usable format where technically feasible.
- Opt out — opt out of targeted advertising, of any sale of personal data, and of profiling used to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal data or engage in that kind of profiling.
- Withdraw consent — stop marketing calls, texts, or emails at any time.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower quality of service because you exercised any of these rights.
How to exercise your rights
Contact us using any of the methods in Section 13 and tell us which right you want to exercise. We will verify your identity before acting — usually by matching the information you give us against our records, and we may ask for additional details for sensitive requests. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.
We will respond within 45 days, and may extend that period once by another 45 days where reasonably necessary, in which case we will tell you why. If we decline your request, we will explain why, and you may appeal by writing to us at the addresses in Section 13. We will respond to an appeal within 60 days. If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Oklahoma Attorney General's Consumer Protection Unit at oklahoma.gov/oag/consumer-protection.html.
If you live outside Oklahoma
If you are a resident of a state with its own comprehensive privacy law, we will honor requests to the same extent described above. If you are located outside the United States, understand that your information is processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
9. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy. In practice:
- Inquiries that do not become jobs: generally up to 2 years.
- Completed job files, contracts, and invoices: retained for the period required by Oklahoma contractor, tax, insurance, and statute-of-limitations requirements — typically at least 5 to 7 years, and longer for records tied to a warranty, claim, or dispute.
- Website analytics data: retained according to the settings of the analytics provider.
When we no longer need information, we delete it or render it unreadable. Note that a deletion request cannot override records we are legally or contractually required to keep.
10. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not direct any part of this site to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Third-Party Websites
Our site links to other sites — Facebook, the Better Business Bureau, the IICRC, and others. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
